In September 2005, Denmar Enterprises was conceived by husband and wife team, Dr Oscar M. Brion and Bernardita Calayan-Brion from their quest for a handheld ultrasound scanner that will fit into the latter’s busy Obstetrics-Gynecology Ultrasonography practice.

They heavily desired to distribute these products locally because they foresaw the great need for these types of portable ultrasound scanners in the country. They are now distributing all types/models of ultrasound.

The sole proprietorship is now a family-owned corporation with its new showroom in Alabang, Muntinlupa. It is now renamed as Denmar Medequip Incorporated with their son and daughter actively involved in the operations and management.
